Out-of-court settlement of disputes
The seller informs the buyer, who is a consumer according to generally binding legal regulations, in the sense of § 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended, that the subject of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, to which the buyer, who is consumer according to generally binding legal regulations, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (available on the website: http://www.coi.cz/ ) has the right to apply for an out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute from a purchase contract concluded with the seller.
The seller informs the buyer, who is a consumer according to generally binding legal regulations, in the sense of Article 14 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, on the resolution of consumer disputes online and on the amendment of the regulation (EC ) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on online consumer dispute resolution), on the existence of an online dispute resolution platform (available on the website: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers /odr/ ). The online dispute resolution platform can be used by the buyer, who is a consumer according to generally binding legal regulations, in the out-of-court settlement of a dispute from a purchase contract concluded online with the seller.
